A nice balance of flavor with the Balsamic Vinegar, Great with drumsticks too !!!

Delicious recipe! I actually used it on drumsticks rather than wings & it made for a perfectly delightful light meal. I increased the baking time by 15 minutes (my electric oven tends to run a bit cooler…so I checked after an additional 10 & felt the inner portion was still a bit undercooked, (red). The additional 15 minutes worked perfectly & I served it with jasmine rice to which I had added; sautéed mushroom & caramelized onions, peas & carrots. Simple, quick, delicious & nutritious as always Chef Irvine! Thank you!

Awesome spicy wings for those who’s taste buds can’t handle Hot wings ( u can heat ’em up with cayenne pepper to taste. Easy to prepare, great aroma and great taste. Included a large bag of these along with my regular Hot wings and were a Big hit with my Razorback tailgating group. Great recipe Robert!!

My wife and I liked this recipe. I was not able to marinate it as long as desired so that might have made it better. Also I put the wings on the grill and basted it and turned it often. I also felt it was missing something like some garlic, less honey and maybe a touch of rice wine vinegar.

This was not quite what I expected. The marinade is good and would be better suited for skinless chicken as the skin is still gummy tasting. I marinated the wings for three hours and added hot sauce to my plate as I felt the wings were missing something. It is easy to make and everything needed was on hand. I was going to rate this 3 but my nine year old loved them, so that boosted it up one.
