Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup purple grapes
- 8 strawberries, unhulled
- 1 banana
- One pot Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
- Ice
Instructions
- Put the blueberries, grapes, strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey and ice into blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.

Delicious! I made two changes: I don’t add any honey or sugar and I add kale. You don’t see it or taste it if you blend it well. You can also throw in a carrot or peeled apple. Kids will never know it’s there! Yum!!!!

Chock full of sugar! You don’t need the added sugar of the honey if you are already using 4 different fruits and a container of yogurt. Don’t kid yourself, this isn’t as healthy as it looks…
