Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 large, ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the milk, yogurt, vanilla, banana, papaya and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass.

Just had dental surgery, and this is Perfect! Of course, ingredients can be substituted and added to this already nice basic smoothie. That’s what we all do, but this is a nice recipe to start off the creativity! Enjoy.
