Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup canola oil
  2. 1/4 cup agave syrup
  3. 1/4 cup clover honey
  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
  8. 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  9. 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  10. 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  11. 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  12. 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  13. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  14. 1 cup diced dried sweetened mango
  15. 1 pint 2% Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Mix the canola oil, agave syrup, honey, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, wheat germ and salt in a large bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir, making sure everything is evenly coated. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet; bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the granola from the oven and let cool slightly, then break into clumps while still warm. Let cool completely, then toss with the dried mango in a bowl. Serve with the yogurt. Store leftover granola in an airtight container in a cool place.

Yes, the 4 servings are associated with the serving of a portion of the granola on the yogurt. Agree, it’s about 10 servings of granola, and you can put 4 of the servings on 4 servings of yogurt. I did the recipe in MyFitnessPal WITHOUT the yogurt, cranked the servings to 10 and your looking at about 350 per serving. Still a little high, but you can stretch this as far as you’d like to manage the calories.

Great tasting granola!!!

Brilliant recipe. Quick, easy, and leaves the house smelling like oatmeal cookies!

Very good and easy. I have been making this recipe since the first time it aired. My son is allergic to nuts so I double up on the seeds. I also change up the dried fruit and use what I have on hand. Great for gifts too.  Love most of Bobby’s brunch recipes. This is a keeper!!

Great recipe! Friends loved it

Delicious and easy to make, but the servings are off, you can get at least 10 servings so you can call it healthy. I just changed te mango for raisins.

True this is about 900 calories per each of the 4 servings! Jeez! Not a diet food. Bacon and eggs are lower Cal!

This is one of the best granola recipes that I have found. It is so fast and easy.

I’m making this today for the 3rd time. I use a little less oil but otherwise keep the recipe the same. It’s awesome.

This is a super granola recipe. I had one other recipe that I made all the time, but this one is now our favorite! It’s easy and delicious! I’ve made it for other people as a food gift, and they wanted the recipe! I like to mix about 1/4 cup of the granola with about a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Fantastic! I’ve used dried blueberries or golden raisins when I couldn’t find the mango. Really good. The only other thing I added was more salt, other than that, it was perfect. Thank you Bobby Flay!
