so simple but so helpful
Super quick and easy, Gets a very appealing-looking golden brown. Keeps in a Tupperware container on the kitchen counter for two weeks.
When I didn’t have agave nectar, I used 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup molasses, but the molasses overpowered even the cardamom. Not an inedible version, but the original recipe is definitely better.
Made this to add to our brunch for this Mother’s day and I’m sure it will be a hit. Delious! No doubt my special girls I’m cooking for are going to love it. I packaged some for each of them to take home with them.
I put mine in jars for fridge but wondering if this is really required. Also, how long would shelf life be.
Great, low sugar recipe. Easy to make….hard to stop eating..it’s so good!
I love this and it keeps well too. I add it to vanilla yogurt. Yum!
So easy! So YUMMY! SO ADDICTING! I can’t believe how easy this recipe is. I really never knew how simple it is to make granola! I had never tried Agave Nectar before, but I really like it! I literally have to force myself to put the bag down or I will eat the entire thing! Thank you for sharing this great recipe!!
Accidently bought Steel Cut Oats, went back and got Rolled Oats. Added raisins. So delish. Follow to a T otherwise. Steel Cut Oats makes great Oatmeal. Will try doubling next time. Only lasted 1 day in our home!
we love this recipe to top greek yogurt. I have a gluten allergy so I use flax seed in place of the wheat germ. I also use pepitas to replace half of the almonds when they are on hand. a little flaked coconut thrown in doesn’t hurt either! I a few minutes to the cooking time to help it crisp up.
Wow! After watching Claire make this super simple granola, I made it the next day with my kids. So easy, and it crisps up nicely when it’s cooling….definitely a keeper!
I made this recipe & brought it on camping trip. Everyone loved it. Will mix in dried fruit with it next. Great mixed in yogurt!
