Ingredients

  1. 1 storebought pizza dough
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 4 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar, divided, recipe follows
  4. 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  5. 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  8. 2 cups mixed berries
  9. 1 vanilla bean
  10. 1/2 cup sugar
  11. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet and brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool the pizza crust on a wire rack.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together the cheese, cream, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with mixed berries and sprinkle with the remaining Cinnamon-Sugar. Slice like a pizza and serve.
  5. Cut the vanilla bean in half, lengthwise. Using the back of a knife, scrape along the inside of the vanilla bean to collect the seeds. Scrape vanilla bean seeds into a small bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine. Set aside in a small serving bowl.

I have made this again and again as it has become a family favorite. I do less on the cinnamon sugar as we prefer it to be less sweet.

I think this recipe is really great because I don’t like normal pizza and this is so good

Super yummy.. I had to use frozen berries which was fine the juice soaked into the bread and it made it so yummy.. I didn’t like how the berries turned brown when you sprinkled the cinnamon & Sugar mix on it after but that’s it.. Still tasted amazing and my son loved it for his breakfast!!! Next time I will use maybe just raspberries or strawberries and do fresh.. Again just me.. Followed the recipe and it came out delicious.. Will make it again!!!

I think this recioe was good! I used cream cheese instead of the mascarpone cheese, I added honey. powedered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk so you could spread it easier. I used frozen mixed berries, but the dough got kind of soggie after in the fridge for awhile. I also made homemade pizza dough (yeast, water, sugar, salt, oil, and flour. I thought this recipe overall was great!

Delicious. Used Vanilla Extract in butter mixture on dough to save $$ of buying a vanilla bean. In mixture did not use lemon juice just zest of a whole lemon, 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 marscapone, powdered sugar, and some real sugar. Excellent!

Made this for breakfast and it turned out great! I used pillsbury pizza crust dough as I couldn’t find any easier dough to work with. I also used cream cheese in which i sweetened with a little sugar and vanilla extract. Happy it turned out good, will make it again :
