Perfect recipe! Everyone loves it.

WOW. I had some leftover Naan bread from wholefoods that I usually make pizzas on in my fridge for waay too long so decided to use this recipe using that bread. It was actually awesome. I love garlic and parm cheese-fresh, so I pretty much doubled the garlic and added a bunch of extra cheese before I popped them in the oven and when I took them out so they cooled nicely. Next time I want to make them on a fresh bakery baguette and will probably cook them on broil with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top and just watch them closely. I find broil really gives things like pizza and garlic bread, things with a lot of that cheese, a nice golden feel and bite. And this is so fast! Definitely try!

Very good!!! Not greasy at all, my family and I all really enjoyed them. The only thing I didn’t like about these was the oregano … I would do half a teaspoon, it was a bit much for me … but other than that this was a great recipe! I saved the extra butter mixture, popped it in the fridge, and will be using it again to make more garlic bread sometime this week!!

I’d been looking for a really good garlic bread recipe b/c I dislike the greasiness (and unhealthiness) of frozen garlic bread. This is, by far, the best garlic bread that I’ve ever tasted! Plus, you get the added health benefits of fresh ingredients, including the herbs! It is simply fantastic (and not greasy)! My boyfriend couldn’t stop eating it! Thank you, Giada!

Very good … not too garlicky or greasy. You get a great fresh flavor from all the herbs and a bite of garlic and parm, but it is not overwhelming or greasy/sloppy mess.
You don’t have the grease guilt that often comes with garlic bread. Big hit!

Best ever garlic bread! But, I made several changes. I bought from the store bakery – French Bread and cut it lengthwise in 6″ strips, about 1 inch thick. This was only $2 as compared to their Sourdough at $5. I used dried herbs as I didn’t have fresh on hand and more parmesan than called for. I only used half the bread which was perfect as I would not have had enough topping for all
I probably spread it thicker than recipe called for. But both my husband and I agreed it was the best Garlic bread we have ever had – anywhere! Will make again and again………..

I tried this tonight and it was a bit hit!! I substituted the herbs for fresh parsley and it was awesome!! Thanks Giada!

wow, i loveed this, my husband loveed it too.. i followed the recipe exactly, i’m very much satisfied with how it came out. i’ve tried a zillion recipes before, but i always end up adding a little extra of something.
1 note thou, next time I will add more mixture on the bread before placing it in the oven, I do like the flavor….
I very much recommend you to give it a try..
