Reviews
No, the recipe doesn’t explain every little thing, but if you already know how to cook kabobs then this marinade makes them worth making. So much better than the bottled stuff.
The recipe stops short…it does not tell you how long to cook the kabobs or at what temperature. Marinade was good.
it tasted wierd
HORRIBLE
This recipe is very good! I marinated over night and the flavors seeped in for a wonderful great tasting kabob! The meat was tender and very flavorful and the veggies were simply delicious. Try this recipe! You’ll love it!
If you are looking for the tasty Japanese style teriyaki flavor, this is it. I used New York steak instead of Porterhouse. I marinated the meat all day, about 7 hours. It was fantastic; just what I hoped for.
