This guac recipe is fantastic! We use a little less onion and are sure to add enough lemon and salt- cilantro’s always a nice addition, but some don’t favor it. Everyone loves it, and we always end up having to make more!

I cannot imagine making guac without garlic and cilantro. I also prefer lime juice to lemon. Maybe it’s my California upbringing. This a good start.

This is a great recipe; I have made it several times and have gotten rave reviews. I used only half a jalepeno and half of a large vidalia onion, and it turned out great!!

I made this guacamole, since I just started liking avocados. This may turn me back off. It was bland and tasteless.
