I found this dip to be pretty boring. I like things to have a lot of flavor and hopefully depth of flavor too, this lacked both. However, I have to say it took about 2 minutes to make and I already had all the ingredients. If you need to make something in a hurry for last minute guests then this dip is great. If you have time and want to make something impressive I’d try something else.
I always have these ingredients in my pantry. This will be a staple for a quick, easy, yummy appetizer. My husband loves it. I may try with a little garlic next time.
Very easy and healthy. Might want to hold off on 3 full tablespoons of lemon. Was a little tart
Way better than it deserves to be, considering it takes of all 90 seconds to make. Might need a little something to spice it up — a dash of hot sauce, maybe?
Of all the recipes for white bean dip that I have tried, this is my all-time favorite. The anchovies add just the right flavor without being overpowering. A dash of red pepper flakes compliments it well, too.
