- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, 80/20

- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
- For the sliders:
- Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
- Form the meat into 2 to 3-ounce portions, packed tightly. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauce was incredibly tasty! The recipe was simple to follow and turned out great with the meat perfectly cooked. I added a little thin sliced tomato and warmed (not toasted) the rolls in the toaster over. Just heaven, thanks for the recipe!
I have been making these for years. The Mayo makes the slider, but honestly all of the ingredients together are a perfect harmony of flavors. Super easy. I also use King rolls. And for the record, people who don’t make a recipe should not leave a review. I mean really, what are you reviewing? If you need to share your thoughts on some unrelated recipe, share them with your dog.
The chipotle mayo is a staple in my house…. have not made the sliders as yet
Excellent recipe and I would give 10 stars if I could. So tonight I got the genius idea to make some grilled fish tacos for dinner with lime cilantro slaw, chipotle mayo and avocodo. I found this recipe earlier on today and decided to make it. It is just so easy and wonderfully delicious. I cut the recipe in half but the results were still fantastic. The only change I made was using low fat mayo instead of regular, and I didn’t have the canned chipotles in adobo sauce, but did have chipotle powder. I substituted 1 teaspoon of chipotle powder for each chipotle in adobo sauce and followed the rest of the recipe exactly as is. The heat was just right, not overbearing and absolutely delicious. This one will definitely be made pretty often. Thanks Bobby Flay.
Not very good or worth the time. Too bad.
Amazing! Works great with ground turkey as well. The Chipotle Mayo is wonderful and great on grilled potatoes too!
Sauce is knockout, great on burgers and better with some potato wedges. Very flavourful for the amount of effort and ingredients.
The sauce is awesome! I also served on Hawaiian rolls. Couldn’t stop eating!
Super easy and everyone LOVED them!!!! The sliders were a hit but the sauce made them super tasty. I served them on Hawaiian rolls and put out burger toppings for guest to choose from.
I have to agree with others that I didn’t make the sliders but I made the mayo. It’s SO good and is rather mild, for those afraid to try it. I’ve made this a lot (I mean… a LOT and I like just a bit more kick. I now make it with 3/4 c. mayo and it’s perfect for us. It’s a nice smoky flavor with giving us the exact oomph we need. We love it and this is now a standard staple for us. Thanks so much Bobby!
