Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cooked mushrooms
  2. 3 cups chicken broth
  3. 8 ounces tortellini
  4. 4 ounces fresh spinach, stemmed and washed
  5. Salt and crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
