  3. 1/3 seedless cucumber, diced
  4. 1/2 pint grape tomatoes
  5. 2 (1-inch-thick) pieces Genoa salami from the deli, cubed
  6. 4 ribs celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
  7. 1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  8. 1 (5.4-ounce) container garlic and herb flavored soft cheese (recommended: Boursin)
  9. Salt and pepper

Instructions

Cute idea, salad kabobs, and my 7 year old loved helping me make them. Very well received, great dip, and I did break down and buy the Boursin this time but it is SO pricey that in the future I think I would just use Alouette, not that big of a taste difference.
Thanks!
