Reviews
Yes the recipe is quick, easy, and delicious. Actually, it the very first thing I made with my new food processor. The roasted pepper, cilantro, and garlic was the perfect combination. Consistency, lovely and creamy smooth. Thanks Guy, keep doing what you do ❤️
I have just made this for the first time and it’s amazing! I did add a tablespoon of tahini and a teaspoon or so of lemon juice to balance it out but off the charts good!
Super easy, came out better than expected!
If you ended up with salsa, try a better processor. This hummus is spot on.
Taste-wise, this was decent. I’ve never been successful at getting the texture of a hummus right. So, this one was no different. It came out a bit chunkier than I would like. Worth a shot, but not something I would make again.
I thought this hummus recipe was fantastic! I agree with some other reviews here that it definitely needed to sit in the fridge for a couple days to really let the flavors meld. The initial taste was good, but after two days in the fridge…PERFECTION!
Too many useless ingredients and not as much flavor as I hoped
I really did not like this hummus. I threw it away. It was too spicy/smoky and I went easy on the adobo. The consistency was off too. I have to agree with anonymous below:(
Delicious and my favorite hummus to make
This was one of the worst hummus dishes I’ve ever made. It was way too spicy/smoky and didn’t have the consistency of a good hummus. It tasted like a salsa made of chickpeas.
