In the video, you can hear Bobby saying that the scallops are sprinkled with basil, oregano, thyme , salt & pepper. However, the ingredients only say olive oil, lemon pepper, salt & pepper. Which one is it? Did anyone catch that?

Great recipe – will be doing this again.  I did 130 internal temp.

Delicious! I will definitely prepare this again. One thing missing from the Recipe was what temperature to grill the scallops at.

This was delicious! I thought the scallops would be dry but they were perfect. I made exactly as directed although I didn’t place it directly on my gas grill, I used a copper grill pan. Definitely a keeper!

I omitted the black pepper from this recipe.  The lemon pepper is enough on it’s own.  Delicious and very simple.  This one’s a keeper.

Used thawed large sea scallops; basted with olive oil, then added salt, pepper and some Penzey’s lemon pepper spice.  Grilled in open grill skillet with excellent results.  This is a keeper, and will definitely make again.
