I made this salad as a side dis to serve with pastitio. It was a huge hit with the family! My mom ate practically half the salad before dinner. It’s a keeper. Made it exactly as written and I’ll be making it again and again and again!
This is my favorite Greek salad recipe. I added pepperoncini peppers.
Outstanding!
By popular demand, I am making this recipe again for a luncheon. I make it exactly as written and it is outstanding and a real crowd pleaser. I recommend watching the video of Ina making this to see how this all comes together.
This is like the Horitiki salad I fell in love with in Greece!
This salad is absolutely delicious and easy to make!
This salad was an absolute MASTERPIECE. I just finished eating it. It’s pretty hot and I just didn’t feel like anything heavy so I made this and paired it with a leftover piece of grilled salmon I had. I had to make myself stop eating so that I can have some for lunch tomorrow! So good and flavorful. Everything ingredient played its part and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll be making more tomorrow. So easy to make and I was so excited that I had every ingredient on hand. This will be a staple. Definitely give it a try!
The vinaigrette was outstanding!
I have made this countless times over the past 3-4 years and it’s ALWAYS A HUGE CROWD PLEASER! I often add fresh Romain lettuce too. Barefoot Contessa recipes are always the best!!
Greatness is the foundation of our world!
