Finger sandwiches are coming out of grandma’s closet and joining the happy hour crowd. These little guys are way fabulous and they’ll make anybody smile. Your guests who are expecting a plain old cucumber sandwich will be blown away by the gutsy flavors hiding behind a sweet and innocent fa?e. I make these with thin-sliced bread so the sandwiches are light and not too filling ? look for bread labeled “Very Thin.” Pepperidge Farm makes a good one in both white and wheat.

These were a really nice, hearty, flavorful appetizer to go with wine. Would be nice just as an afternoon snack too. Very simple to make with some of our favorite ingredients. These will be a frequent repeat for us. I found that I was able to make 4 full sandwiches with the amount of spread stated in the recipe.
Kim from FL apparently has issues! Everyone I know that has tasted this has loved it and that includes picky children and high school children that I teach!
I followed this recipe to the T and it was awful. The salmi was to much and the cream cheese was too much. Nothing complimented each other. It was a waste of my time and money. I was planning on making them for a friends funeral gathering but I didnt send them because i didnt want to make anybody sick. Please delete this recipe.
I brought these sandwiches to a family gathering, and everyone loved them so much, that they wanted me to bring them again for the next event! All the girls wanted the recipe!
I made these for a wedding shower and got nothing but compliments. They were very easy and very delicious.
A nice twist on a sandwich I ate as a kid, cream cheese with green olives with pimento. I only had green olives with pimento in the jar, and I wanted to try this so bad. I luckily had salami. It was great.
We fix this recipe often in my household both as a snack for ourselves and as finger food when entertaining. Simple, quick, easy and Delicious!
Very tasty and easy to make. A hit with my friends. However, you’ll need to make a bit more of the olive and cream cheese spread as it runs low on last few bread slices.
THATS ABOUT IT. I MADE A TEST RUN TONIGHT, I CAN SERVE THESE FOR TEA OR EVEN THE SUPER BOWL.
I made these the day I saw it on the show and we loved having them in the fridge to grab when we needed a quick snack. They were divine!
