The recipe looks super easy.
The dipping sauce is also very easy. I did find the recipe on the site here but it called for making a large amount. It’s basically equal parts soy sauce and rice wine vinegar… the recipe also called for equal parts scallions but I say scallions to taste and lastly sesame seed oil also to taste but it’s very strong so a little dab will do ya.
I paired this with Rachael Ray’s Special Fried Rice and it made a very nice dinner. This would be great for a dinner party because the dumplings can be prepared in advanced and cooked just before the meal or it would even be a great alternative to chips on a snack table at a party.
In truth, I haven’t prepared these, yet. But the recipe itself sounds excellent and easily prepared with all ingredients found in my local grocery.
