Ingredients

  1. Deselect All
  2. 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  3. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  4. 1 handful mint leaves, chopped, plus sprigs, for garnish
  5. 8 ounces diced prosciutto
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  8. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and garnish with mint sprigs. This is an easy one!
