Reviews
This salad is good and easy. I added fresh blueberries and used Gerard’s Champagne vinaigrette dressing.
Perfect healthy salad!
Very good salad. So quick and easy. Love it!
This is a quick and tasty salad and a good way to get the family to eat spinach. I used my own recipe for the dressing, which is a concoction of 1 cup salad oil, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 tsp. onion salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire, 1/2 cup vinegar and salt. It was the perfect finish for the salad.
taste out of this world
Really enjoyed this salad. Nice combination of flavors, light but lots to enjoy. We used more almonds than called for.
used walnuts instead of almonds
