Whipped Iced Hot Chocolate Coffee

For these potato and onion perogies, the dough must be made from scratch, but the filling is really simple!

Ingredients

  1. ice
  2. 1 cup cold brew coffee
  3. 1 (1 gram) packet stevia sweetener
  4. 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  5. 1 (.55 ounce) package instant hot cocoa mix (such as Swiss Miss®)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee on top. Stir in sweetener and set aside.
  2. Combine cream and hot chocolate mix in a tall bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Pour whipped hot chocolate mix over the iced coffee.

Oh my, this is delicious. I used sugar free hot chocolate mix and it was very good.
