You will feel toasty after. Excellent as a noon pick-me-up or for breakfast. Because it is so indulgent, you can serve this coffee with whipped hot chocolate on top in place of dessert.

Ingredients

  1. 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 (1 ounce) envelope instant hot cocoa mix (such as Swiss Miss®)
  3. ¾ cup hot coffee
  4. 1 (1 gram) packet stevia powder

Instructions

  1. Combine cream and hot cocoa mix in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer until firm.
  2. Pour hot coffee into a cup and stir in sweetener. Top with whipped hot chocolate.
