Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 small slice (0.5 oz) watermelon
Instructions
- Combine water, lemon juice, sugar, and watermelon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- You may substitute honey for the sugar.

I just did slightly more sugar (I changed the servings to 10), I made this for a group of 7 people. Overall; it was a good recipe. 🙂

I made this for a birthday party everyone thought it was amazing. I did substitute 1 cup of stevia for the sugar to lower carbs
9.8.17 Cut back on the sugar (personal taste preference) and would have liked a little more of the watermelon flavor. But that’s easy enough to fix. Next time I’ll just add a bit more watermelon. Very refreshing.
