Ingredients

  1. 1 cup coconut water
  2. ½ cup watermelon puree
  3. 1 teaspoon stevia
  4. ½ cup ice cubes, or as desired

Instructions

  1. Blend coconut water, watermelon, and stevia together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add watermelon mixture. Cover shaker and shake until chilled; pour into a poco grande glass.

I love watermelon but this was not a tasteful treat. I don’t like the aftertaste of this drink.

Didn’t know what a poco grande glass was, so I just poured this into an old-fashioned glass. I didn’t add the stevia because my melon was plenty sweet, and I didn’t think that it needed any additional sweetness. The coconut water definitely is what you first taste, but then the subtle flavor of the watermelon kicks in. Pretty tasty for a hot Florida day!
