Vegan Sugar-Free Coconut Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  1. 1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
  2. ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  3. ¼ cup erythritol confectioners’ sweetener (such as Swerve®)
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar-free coconut-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  5. 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, coconut milk beverage, sweetener, coconut syrup, and coconut extract in a large Mason jar with a lid. Shake to combine ingredients.
  2. For a sweeter version, add more erythritol confectioners’ sweetener, 1 tablespoon at a time.
