Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, chilled
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 15 leaves fresh lemon verbena
- 1 cup reduced-fat coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon water, or more if needed
- 4 cubes ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine peaches, bananas, lemon verbena, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender; blend until smooth. If too thick, add water until mixture reaches desired consistency.
- Add ice cubes to 2 tall glasses and pour peach mixture on top. Serve immediately.
