The Best Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
  2. ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  3. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  4. 2 ½ cups cold almond milk
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.
  2. You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
