Tahini-Pina Colada Shake

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup shredded coconut
  2. 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped into chunks and frozen
  3. 1 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  4. 2 tablespoons tahini
  5. ½ teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Place coconut in a blender; blend to a fine powder. Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, tahini, and coconut extract and blend until smooth.
