Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 (2 g) bag cinnamon-apple tea
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons cider vinegar (such as Bragg®)
Instructions
- Heat water in a microwave-safe mug in the microwave until boiling, about 2 1/2 minutes.
- Add tea bag to the mug and let steep for 5 minutes or desired amount of time.
- Remove and discard tea bag. Stir in honey and cider vinegar.
- Apple cider vinegar and honey, when mixed with only water, is a very well-known remedy. This recipe is not meant to help, prevent, or cure any ailments. It just tastes good, and is actually good for you!

If I’m trying to get apple cider vinegar into my diet, I guess this is a good way to do it. The drink is tangy, appley and sweet. I don’t normally like a whole tablespoon of honey in my tea, but it needed it to combat how sour the vinegar is.
