Spinach-Berry Smoothie

Excellent apple pie made with a very simple and quick recipe!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup acai juice
  3. ½ cup blueberries
  4. 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  5. 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
  6. 2 tablespoons blackberries
  7. 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add spinach leaves to a blender and finely chop. Add berry juice, blueberries, sour cream, sugar, blackberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
  2. I used acai berry juice, but any light berry juice works.
  3. Feel free to sub other berries.
