For all chocolate fans, these replica Hostess cupcakes are a treat: chocolate cupcakes filled with cream, topped with chocolate frosting, and finished with that distinctive white icing.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup firmly packed spinach leaves
  2. ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  3. ½ avocado, diced
  4. 1 tablespoon powdered lemonade mix (such as Country Time®)
  5. 1 packet stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
  6. ¾ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, mango, avocado, powdered lemonade mix, sugar substitute, and water in a blender; blend until thick and frothy.
  2. Fresh lemon juice can be used in place of powdered lemonade mix.
  3. Use the sweetener of your choice.
