On a chilly winter night, nothing is more comforting than a hot cup of spiced orange cider. For years, I’ve appreciated this dish. Bring this mixture to work since it will make your coworkers’ day. It also makes a sweet, simple, and affordable holiday gift that kids will like (it resembles sand art). Enjoy!

Being diabetic, I make a few changes. I substitute the 1c tang for 4 sugar-free tang packets (from dollar general) and the sugar for Splenda. Turns out great and even my non-diabetic friends love it.
I have always loved this and could not find the recipe this winter. I am glad you put it in here.
Awesome! Just like my mom made when I was little! Since, I adore cinnamon, I put in a full teaspoon. I also made a cup with 4 spoonfuls and it was delicious!
I’ve been making a version of this for years, but I substitute Splenda for the sugar and also add 1 cup of sweetened powdered lemonade mix. It’s easy and very flavorful.
Really nice! I had some trouble finding the instant tea mix – none of our supermarkets had it (they just had iced tea mix), but finally found it at Walmart. Only change I made was to use Splenda instead of sugar. My hot beverage of choice is coffee, but I drink too much of it in the winter. This will be a replacement for me. (I don’t care for hot cider). Thanks for the recipe!
I love this mix, it’s perfect, I’m giving this as gifts for Christmas it’s so good! Thanks for sharing 🙂
This is a great gift for first time church attendance.
One of my favorite drinks from childhood. Thanks for sharing.
