Skinny Peanut Butter Iced Coffee

Simply combine the four ingredients in a blender with ice to create a delicious thin iced coffee.

Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup ice, or more to taste
  2. ½ cup cold coffee
  3. ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  5. 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)

Instructions

  1. Combine ice, coffee, almond milk, peanut butter syrup, and peanut butter powder in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Any milk, dairy or non-dairy, can be used.
  3. Pour over coffee ice cubes for a more intense coffee flavor.

I loved the flavor of this and I loved the low calorie count. Made enough for 2 and sharred with husband. He loved it also and would never have even tasted it if I told him it was ‘skinny’,lol.
