Rosé Wine and Berry Sangria

Use red, white, or rosé wine to customize your sangria! You can choose your favorite wine and add juice, brandy, fresh fruit, and herbs using this simple technique.

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup grapefruit juice
  2. 3 tablespoons white sugar
  3. 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry rosé
  4. 1 cup fresh raspberries
  5. ½ cup fresh blackberries
  6. 2 medium limes, sliced
  7. ¼ cup brandy
  8. 1 ½ cups club soda
  9. 3 cups ice, or as needed
  10. 8 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Stir together grapefruit juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves. Add wine, raspberries, blackberries, lime slices, and brandy.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve, 1 to 24 hours.
  3. Gently stir in club soda before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  4. You can use 1/2 cup any fruit juice, 1 (750-ml.) bottle of any wine, 2 cups any fresh fruit, and any fresh herb sprigs you like.
