Mash potatoes are given a lovely taste boost by this sauce, and the dish is excellent with meat. I like to use evaporated milk to cut down on the fat content of the sauce. Although cream can be substituted, I think the lower-fat version is just as wonderful.

- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger coconut flavored rum
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger grape schnapps
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger chilled lemon-lime soda per serving

- Fill a glass with ice. Pour in coconut rum, grape schnapps, and chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir and enjoy!
