Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup prickly pear juice
- ¼ cup diet tonic water
- ¼ lime, juiced
Instructions
- Mix water, prickly pear juice, diet tonic water, and lime juice together in a glass.
- You can make your own juice by pureeing prickly pear flesh in a blender and then straining pulp to extract juice.
- For a great cocktail, add a shot of gin.
