The lime juice sent it over the top! My Committee Mtg. concluded biz quickly to get to treats and “refreshments! Def. On my repeat and succeed list!
I add a touch of fresh lime. Yum!
Took the advice of other reviewers and added a shot of triple sec. It was delicious and we won 2nd place in a holiday cocktail contest
Love this festive holiday drink. Add a hibiscus flower to each glass to make it extra special.
Yum! Enjoyed this drink. In my family we add Brandy to the glass of champagne. Also, very yummy.
No alcohol for breakfast please
I used Proseco and sugar around rim of glass and fresh cranberry. Very festive and so good!!!
Yummy. And pretty.
This was a nice drink for sitting on our patio in the evening. We assembled it a little differently, filling the champagne flute about 1/4 with cranberry juice and then filling the rest with champagne. It’s nice, but I must say that I prefer mimosas.
I did not like this drink very much it might be the type of champagne I used.
These are great! If you want to include the kids, just pick up some seltzer water.
YUM! I tried these this past Christmas and loved them. Brought the idea to my daughter’s house and before the day was done, all the ladies were drinking them. Very festive way to change up the champagne!
Very tasty. I also added a bit of triple sec, and it REALLY added to the flavor.
Really good! I added 1/2 oz of triple sec and some other recipes call for. I mixed the cranberry juice and triple sec together in a pitcher (I multipled the recipe 10x) then toppped each drink with champagne as it was poured.
I added a little more cranberry juice. They were very good!
I have put a quarter or half a teaspoon( the tip of a regular a teaspoon) of frozen cran juice at the bottom of the flute and carefully pour the champagne . Watch the beautiful bubbles rise! Mmmmm
I have always made mine with lime vodka and cranberry juice. That is all I drink when we have gatherings with friends. I will have to make this mixture at Christmas for everyone to try. We usually have mimosas while having our family get together.
Absolutely delicious! Love the combination of flavors and the color. Such a pretty cocktail!
simply wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tastes like cranberry champagne, which is obviously the point, and it was good, but to me there was nothing special about the combination. I wouldn’t consider this party-worthy.
Very good, simple recipe for a drink. You can also just buy a pink moscato champagne and add the cranberries and it looks exactly the same without having to add the cranberry juice. Also I bought the regular sized cranberries so I put like 6 and they floated on the top but it did not make it difficult to drink.
