Peanut Butter Cream Cold Brew

  5.0 – 4 reviews

To this recipe, you can add capers, green olives, or more hearts of palm. They’ll all add a little additional spice to it.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Servings: 2
Yield: 2 drinks

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 3 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  3. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  4. 1 teaspoon powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
  5. ice
  6. 2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup (such as Torani®)
  7. 1 cup cold brew coffee, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream, syrup, peanut butter, and powdered peanut butter in a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until creamy and slightly thickened.
  2. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup to each glass, fill 2/3 of the way with cold brew coffee, and divide peanut butter cream evenly between both.
  3. I prefer 1/2 peanut butter cream and 1/2 cold brew. Adjust to your liking.
  4. I prefer a sweeter cold brew, so I sweeten my coffee with the optional vanilla syrup.

AMAZING!!!!?? I thought the Peanut Butter Creme mixture was going to be way too thick for the Cold Brew but, because I LOVE Peanut Butter I HAD to try this and WOAH!!?? I am SO Glad that I did because I don’t know how I’ve made it this far in life without this DELICIOUS Drink! I LOVE All kinds of drinks with coffee however, I usually have to go to Starbucks to get something “Special” like this, but NOT ANYMORE!!!! I can drink this at home, in my jammies and it taste like it came from my usual Coffee Shop?? ?? I make mine exactly as the recipe says and PLEASE do NOT leave out the Vanilla Syrup!! It’s the perfect finishing touch. Thank you so Much for sharing this INCREDIBLE & DELICIOUS afternoon pick me up recipe. God Bless & Stay Safe.
