Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This is a wonderful, healthy way to start any day! This is a fantastic one to use at any time, in fact.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup rolled oats
  2. 1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
  3. ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  5. 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  6. 1 slice apple, chopped
  7. 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or more to taste
  8. 1 teaspoon honey
  9. 5 cubes ice

Instructions

  1. Place oats, hemp powder, and cinnamon into small bowl and stir just to combine.
  2. Place ingredients in a blender in the following order: almond milk, banana slices, chopped apple slice, peanut butter, honey, oats mixture from bowl, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve.
  3. Use a Gala or Red Delicious apple. The honey and cinnamon are optional to use.
