Moscow Mule Cocktail

Chicken thighs are used to make oyster chicken, which is baked in an oyster sauce and garlic sauce that is sweet and sticky. When unexpected dinner guests arrive, it’s the simplest recipe to prepare. Favorably served with sticky white rice.

First one was okay, then I tried with a bit extra vodka, and some pineapple juice and some orange juice, turned out amazing.

Very tasty — used Stoli vodka and their (Polish) ginger beer, excellent.

I enjoyed it! The only vodka we had was “whipping cream” flavored, but I think it gave it a touch of sweetness, which was a nice change.

I made it bigger…didn’t quite double recipe. Thank you for posting this recipe. I missed the mint but can add another time.

No ; I just think it sounded fine .

This is a great no-brainer recipe for a Moscow mule. One comment though, the video made me cringe. DO NOT scoop ice with glass. That’s a no-no. Also, Moscow mules are served in copper mugs not pint glasses.

I love Moscow Mules! When I stopped drinking surgery carbohydrated drinks I switched to a diet ginger ale for making my Moscow Mules. Still tastes great as long as you keep the lime juice and vodka measurements the same.

So awesome! I doubled the recipe and added an ounce of simple syrup since I like my drinks slightly sweeter. I used a bottle of feverfew ginger beer as recommended by other commenters and it worked great.

I used Lemons instead of Lime (I didn’t have lime). Then added cucumbers (I muddled them in my mug). Yum!
