Make-Ahead Tropical Smoothie Packs

Prepare the tropical fruit mixture in advance and combine it just before serving.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  2. 2 cups spinach leaves, packed
  3. ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  4. ½ cup frozen sliced peaches
  5. 1 medium firm banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
  6. 1 Persian cucumber, cut into 1-inch chunks
  7. 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  8. 2 cups coconut milk
  9. 1 ¼ cups orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple, spinach, mango, peaches, banana, cucumber and chia seeds in a large resealable plastic bag or lidded container. Squeeze out the air. Freeze for up to 1 month.
  2. When ready to blend, add contents of bag to blender. Add coconut milk and orange juice and blend on high until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
  3. You can use oat milk instead of coconut milk.
