An apple crisp that is more moist. I’ve been using this recipe for a long time. It is especially moist because to the rich sauce. When I prepare it, I constantly get requests for the recipe! Warm with vanilla ice cream is delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 3 inch piece fresh ginger, or more to taste
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 gallon water
Instructions
- Wash lemons and ginger. Slice lemons; peel and thinly slice ginger. Place lemon slices, ginger slices, and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher; fill container with water. Store in refrigerator.
- The amounts of ingredients can be adjusted to suit your taste.
- The container can be refilled with water as often as you like until the water loses its flavor. The drink mixture can last up to a week in the refrigerator.
