I experimented with several ingredients to come up with this recipe. All my friends seem to really enjoy this recipe, which has gained a lot of traction.

The recipe I always use is two parts vodka, one part triple sec, one part Roses sweetened lime juice, shaken over ice then strained into a martini glass. Very delicious! Sometimes I’ll kick it up a notch and do three parts vodka. It’s a Friday night tradition.
The pure unadulterated recipe around the globe “was”: 2 parts Vodka + 1 part Triple Sec w only a splash of Roses Lime- * I prefer fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice- It is a wonderful drink for many, many occasions despite deluding the original recipe weaker- I recently ordered a double from a local & it was so weak it did not do the name justice- Kamikaze’s made correctly will make your taste buds & tongue dance & put a smile on your face in by the 2nd sip- There is another name for the substitution that eludes me where you use tequila instead of vodka- Very tasty indeed.
It was very good. Virtually, a vodka margarita. I had to quadruple the recipe, as I was serving 4. Great with a lime wedge.
Good recipe – just a little adjustment would make it even better. Per drink – 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Triple Sec, and 1/2 oz. of Rose’s Lime Juice makes the perfect Kamikaze.
I made these as cocktails before a dinner party last week. We sat on the patio & sipped & all 6 of us raved about the taste……a keeper for sure! Having the glasses chilled really helps keep it cool for those hot summer days! Thanks for a great recipe!
This is a winner!!!
Very easy and a real hit at Sunday’s party. Thanks.
