In order to have leftovers to serve the next day with rice or pasta, it is typically prepared in large quantities. Both the oven and the stovetop may be used to prepare it. On the stovetop, of course. The next day, this is even better!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cold-brewed coffee
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon stevia powder, or to taste
- 1 slice lemon, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine coffee, ice cubes, lemon juice, and stevia in a glass. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
