I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables, so I made this matcha smoothie. I enjoy both meat and carbohydrates. It gets too hot to cook in the summer. I don’t have central heating where I reside in Japan. I can get everything that’s beneficial for me without spending a lot of time in the kitchen thanks to this simple and delicious dish! Normally, I just eyeball everything, so feel free to make changes!
