Tasty and healthy smoothie. I made it as written so yes you’ll get some seeds. Good flavors and a great start to the day.

Easy, quick and delicious. I typically don’t add ice or milk in my smoothies but this recipe was really good. The ice didn’t water down the flavor of the berries or yogurt and the milk gave it a nice creamy flavor. My family gave it 5 stars as well.
