Fennel and Ginger Tea

So vibrant! Very excellent! Both hot and cold foods are delicious! If you want it sweeter, add sugar.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup boiling water, or as needed
  2. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  3. ⅛ teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Fill a mug with boiling water.
  2. Place fennel seeds in a tea ball and add to the boiling water. Add grated ginger and let steep for 2 minutes. Remove tea ball and serve.

This was really good. I would suggest putting the grated ginger in the tea ball if you have room, keeps things a little neater.

2.7.22 This surprised the heck out of me, it REALLY is good. So very simple, and the fennel and ginger share equally in flavor. We always have hot tea every evening after dinner, and this will be served often.
