Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ medium banana
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Instructions
- Combine water, spinach, orange chunks, banana, and flaxseed in a blender; process until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
