One of Grandma Bev’s recipes is this one. My mother was always met with this when we went.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1 cup fresh spinach
  3. 1 medium navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks
  4. ½ medium banana
  5. 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Combine water, spinach, orange chunks, banana, and flaxseed in a blender; process until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
