Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
- ½ cup cold brew coffee
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to an electric milk frother. Mix until combined and foamy.
- Pour cold brew into a cup with ice. Top with the pumpkin cream foam.
- You can use vanilla paste instead of extract.
Reviews
The flavor of pumpkin cream was completely lost once the cold brew was added. But with only 1 tsp of pumpkin and a pinch of pumpkin spice, that was to be expected. I added more pumpkin, more pumpkin spice, a tbs of Torani pumpkin syrup and some Stevia. Delicious with all those additions. Not somethhing I would make again as written.
