I’ve been able to get the closest thing to a Wendy’s® Frosty with carob-coconut ice cream. Immediately serve as soft serve or freeze to thicken. Shouldn’t freeze completely and still be scoopable.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored cultured coconut milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup ice, or as desired
Instructions
- Blend coconut milk, banana, peanut butter, and honey in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice and blend again until ice is crushed, 2 to 3 minutes.

I just used ice, honey, 2.5 scoops of PB and 2 bananas. Perfect consistency my kids loved it as well.
